Water Crises in Thar Parker Pakistan

Water is the basic necessity for humans. Without water no human can survive. Another aspect is that clean water is necessary for human health. With poor quality of water the health of humans and communities get affected badly. However sad aspect is that there are areas in Pakistan where millions of people don't have access to clean water. The poverty level is so high that people are bound to drink the same water as the animals do.. Kindly see this picture.

A young boy is drinking water from the place where the goat is also drinking. It is not only this young boy in fact the whole inhabitants of this village drink water the same way. This picture is from a village in Thar region of Pakistan. There is no electricity, no water and no prosperity in the region but still hundreds of thousands of people are surviving with bad conditions in the area.

According to an estimate a total number of 500 hand pumps are immediately required in the area in order to provide these people clean water which is the basic necessity of life. The cost for placement of 500 hand pumps in the area is estimated to be $10,00,000.. However, our team is dedicated to place few at the initial level and with the support of international organizations this target can be achieved in very small period of time.
