I am sharing this story of my client below who is suffering at the hands of an Australian National from India.
I am Mrs. Khizer wife of an Australian National Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer who is working as Environments Manager, Finance & Commercial Services, Australia Post at Melbourne. I am an orphan and a Pakistani National by origin. I have been betrayed, cheated, used, defrauded and disgraced by him.
I got married to Sheik Mohamed Khizer in 2017 at Islamabad, Pakistan. At the time of marriage we entered into an agreement by virtue of which Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer has signed and consented to an Affidavit and signed a Nikahnama (Marriage Deed) with me.
After the marriage, we spent time together in Pakistan, Singapore, Thailand and Australia. I visited and lived in Australia on visit visa between May 2018 to July 2018 at Melbourne with him. I am facing terrible times with my husband for the last few months. Eventually an extreme step was taken by Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer whereby he has withdrawn my visa sponsorship to stop me from visiting Australia and from filing and contesting cases against him.
At the moment i have filed a Family Suit at Islamabad, Pakistan against my husband. I have suffered fraud, cheating and humiliation at the hands of Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer. He has used me and discarded me for no just reasons and denied my legal rights under the relationship. I am willing to file and contest my family settlement case against him at Australia. However, since i am in Pakistan, i don't know how to get my rights from this fraudulent person in Australia.
Mr . Sheik Mohamed Khizer is misusing the power of being an Australian Citizen. He is a 47 years old man and he has divorced his first wife named Ms Sameena Barkha. He has an 11 years old daughter from his first wife. I got married with him by availing the services of a Karachi Based Marriage Bureau and i am his second wife. I got pregnant in November 2017, however my child was miscarried after 45 days because of his bad and cruel behavior.
Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer is involved in plenty of women around the world with whom he sleeps, warms their beds and considers them his wives. He is using his Australian nationality for amusing women from around the world and disgracing them by marrying them and then leaving them. He is not only ruining the lives of people like myself rather he is also bringing disgrace to his country Australia.
I caught Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer red handed during his visit to India while he spent two nights at a hotel named Malabar Inn on 9th August 2018 and on 10th August 2018. The hotel’s contact number is: +91 83770 04514. Then he moved to another hotel named Calicut Inn on 11th August 2018 and 12th August 2018 in Kozhikode, India. Contact details of the Hotel’s manager Mr Asfad is +91 77363 05313 and Landline number is +91 96338 26269. He traveled to India and informed me that he was going on a business trip to Mumbai. But, in fact he went to the above mentioned hotels and spent four nights with another woman named Mrs Iman Haneef, a 36 years old woman from India. She is probably his another wife with whom he contracted marriage after my marriage. Proof of a property document showing her his wife is attached.
Apart from Mrs. Iman Haneef, he has another woman from Indonesia. Her name is Irma. She lives with him at his home at times in Australia and portrays herself as his wife. She even calls herself Irma Khizer at times. Even the neighbors think that she is his another wife.
Since Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer was caught red handed in August 2018, our relationship got worst. He has withdrawn my Visa Sponsorship on 24th September 2018 to make sure that I do not visit Australia and file any case there to get my legal rights from him. Now he is no more in contact with me. However, he gives threats to my relatives through emails and messages so that i back off from my claims against him.
I humbly request that action may be taken against this culprit Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer. Such like people may not be allowed to sponsor any other woman from any country. For him marriage is a fun and leaving women after marrying them is his habit. Being a woman i have very good impression about Australia that it is a country where women have been given their due rights. Cheating with a wife is not allowed in any culture or religion. I am sure that if my voice reaches the appropriate forums then such like people may be discouraged from ruining the lives of innocent people like me.
Conclusively i would like to mention that I belong to a very respectable family in Pakistan. I wish a fraudulent person and a habitual offender like Mr. Sheik Mohamed Khizer may be given exemplanary punishment to nip the evil in the bud.
